DAY 1: DARWIN - BAMURRU PLAINS

Depart Darwin at 1:45pm aboard your charter flight to Swim Creek Station. Enjoy the spectacular aerial views of river systems, floodplains and the Arnhem Land Escarpment. On arrival, travel by 4WD to Bamurru Plains. Overnight: Bamurru Plains, Safari Bungalow for 2 nights (D)

DAY 2: SAFARI ACTIVITIES

There are a number of activities to choose from today, including airboat tours, 4WD safaris, fishing, or viewing the abundance of wildlife surrounding the property. Perhaps even visit nearby Aboriginal Rock art sites of Kakadu National Park. (B,L,D)

DAY 3: BAURRU PLAINS - DARWIN

Spend the morning at leisure before your afternoon 4WD transfer to the airport and charter flight back to Darwin. Arrive at approximately 3:00pm and transfer to your hotel. (B,L)

Bamurru Plains

Location: On the coastal floodplains of the Mary River delta, Kakadu National Park.

Facilities: 9 safari suites, similar to African safari camps, built amongst the savannah bush. Each with ensuite, comfortable bed, cotton linen. Includes all meals, select beverages, return transfers from Darwin, and schedule activities such as wetland airboat trips, guided walks and drives, and river cruises.
